I have wanted to try this for a long time. I love to order this at restaurants but hate paying so much when I know it consists of very simple ingredients. Here's the Creme Brelee Recipe that I used. So so so incredibly easy. I didn't have a vanilla bean however so I just used about 2tsp of my pure vanilla. The best part of it all, I got to use my torch again!
